I purchased an oil based white paint with GRAY undertone for my kitchen. I had five doors left and went to get some more paint. I brought the entire paint can with me. The young man who helped me clearly decided to play willy nilly with my request and gave me a white paint with BLUE undertone. Eight coats later and cabinet doors rehung, I realize the paint does not match! I go look at the label and he substituted TWO of the three colors. First color was supposed to be black but he decided blue was better. Clearly I can see the difference!!! Not only is this paint the most temperamental I have ever used but now you can’t even get a simple match right! I am livid! If I wanted to play the paint lotto, I could have told him to surprise me! I will never shop here again.

Literally just walked out after waiting and wandering around aimlessly for several minutes without being greeted or helped. Horrible service! Do better!

2nd time in 2 years I have walked into a Sherwin Williams store this experience wasvworse than the first and I went out of my way to go to this store in hopes it would be better. Complete opposite I was in the store over 10 minutes walked to the counter hoping to get some help. The only guy i saw was on I guess his personal phone. Never looked up never acknowledged me. He finished his call I walked by again still nothing. If there is one thing I hate more than anything is to walk into a store ready to buy some paint and be totally ignored. No hello how are you I be there in a minute absolutely nothing. For the first 10 minutes I could have probably gone on a free shopping spree and the counter guy wouldn't have noticed and clearly wouldn't have care. Well I guess its back to lowes or home depot to get my paint because clearly Sherwin Williams is not interested in selling any paint. Sad so sad. Sherwin Williams Roufe Snow Keller Texas. I was there at 1:50 today the went to Lowes and spent 250 there.

I give this store 5 stars! I don't know how they do it. Being open 7-7 and having to wear a mask all day. Whoever writes a complaint during this pandemic in regards to front line workers just disgust me!!! Give the store a break. From what I noticed, Bruce, Kayla, Justin, and Cameron work well together. The store literally had a line out the door for customers like myself.
