Ms. Lederman came in, mentioned my rosacea, which was the reason for my visit, then tried to sell me laser treatment for broken capillaries. She told me about her house in the Hamptons with the heated pool, then did my cancer screening. She then wrote me a prescription for my rosacea. I went to the drugstore and was told that she wrote a prescription for a generic vaginal cream. I had to call the office a few times, and until I got obnoxious no one would correct this ridiculous error. I got the prescription and it turns out that it wasn't my usual medicine. She never told me that she was changing it to the generic brand. I asked the office for the reason and they told me it was because they did not have coupons for the real brand, so it would be too expensive. I've been using this prescription for years and the MD in another office always made sure I got the discount coupon. I will go back to that office even though it's further from my house. This place I wouldn't use again.
