I’d like to share the positive experience I recently had purchasing a car at Kelly Maserati. I simply stopped by the dealership on a Sunday afternoon to window shop- nothing more. The Maserati is a car that I have desired over the years. Within a few minutes of viewing the cars on the lot, a salesman (Jasmin) came out to greet me. He was pleasant and was glad to answer all of my questions directly without hesitation. This is someone who knows the Maserati product offerings. I was also greeted by the sales manager and the actual owner of the Kelly dealerships. Although it was close to closing time, Jasmin offered to have me go for a test drive. I was very impressed with how the car drove. As a result of the car’s handling and the personal attention I received, I decided to purchase the car. The process from the time of my decision to purchase the car to the car pick up was seamless, clear, and did not require a whole lot of effort on my part. They did all of the foot work. I am quite happy with my purchasing decision.
Easy to schedule, oil change and loaner car (identical to mine) were fine, but complaints of windshield wiper and sun visor were basically ignored even though I indicated on identical loaner the sun visor would hold up where mine flopped 20 degrees down blocking too much view. Probably more of a criticism of Maserati than the dealer as several things about this otherwise very nice car are substantially sub par... Since it's a lease I'll live with it...
What a great service experience. Wayne was fantastic at everything from setting up the appointment to payment. They had a loaner car ready for me to jump into and were up front about the cost of the services even before I arrived. They also were able to get 3 other small things fixed for me even though they had to call a leather specialist in the same day. Everyone is so nice there and so willing to help. I will need a tire change out before winter and I'm looking forward to working with Wayne to get it done.
The team is attentive and listened to my needs. They were very honest and candid through the process. Brenden is always available and approachable. Alex was patient and Kyle explained everything along the way. I think we have established a long relationship and they would definitely earn my business again.
Kelly Maserati is truly amazing. I have never been to a dealership with such a welcoming staff. From the top down the staff is both friendly and honest. The service department is also incredible. This dealership lives up to their motto that they "make it easy"
Just purchased a 2018 Alfa from Kelly Maserati. I have purchased my last 3 cars from Her Chambers and was told that streak was about to end... They didn't lie! Erica, Alex and Brenden took excellent care of me through the whole process. The price was great, there was zero pressure and the car is perfect. Thank you for a great FIRST experience. Looking forward to dealing with the Kelly group again in the future.
We loved dealing with Jasmin and Kyle at Kelly Maserati. What a wonderful car buying experience! The whole team there has been terrific to deal with. I would highly recommend Kelly Maserati if you're looking to upgrade your ride as well as your car shopping experience.
