Sales: Mark Pollock was very low pressure and laid back. He was informative and answered all of my questions during the visit and was also responsive to my follow-up questions on delivery, etc. I would say that being low pressure is much preferred to a high pressure sales pitch. However, I would have liked a bit more guidance in making my selection as the choices were a bit overwhelming. Installation: Your delivery and installation process was awesome!! The guys were very polite, clean and professional. They knew what they doing, showed up on time and took the time to answer any questions I had. I was very pleased! I am very satisfied with my pool table purchase and would be quick to refer anyone interested in a pool table to your store.
