Worst place Ever! The night shift guy refused to give me his name after I called to look for my truck. Absolutely freaked out just by me asking questions! The next day when I called back I didn't even get a chance to talk before that lady started in about some thing the night shift guy said! Both of them act like drug abusers and that's a compliment.. I was involved in a no fault accident and was simply asking about my vehicle.. what ever happened to customer service and how else am I supposed to know what to do next if I can't call them and ask about my car? Definitely a weird situation to find yourself in.. save yourself the trouble and careful asking that guy his name. He'll freak out! Don't believe me? Call him and ask him his name..

Pity I can’t Give them negative stars. Place is a complete disaster. Went in to get a tow. Guy just looked at me, totally nasty, and lethargically, like I should be elsewhere. In a rude tone, to explained to me they can’t tow that day. Then he asked where Is this car? I told him and he jumped out explaining “oh that’s expensive, you better rethink it.” To myself I thought, Ummmm would be cheaper than a 748.00 ticket that I got driving through Dorreville!!! How else is it supposed to get moved: Star Trek Transporter? Master Yoda? A U.S. CH-53E? Finally I asked if they were contacted out to Cobb County, and he said yes. Well why even advertise then? Why have a sign for your business , if you don’t tow? Why not just become Cobb County Towing Division. Avoid them so they will be shut down. UGH!!!
To get my car out they wanted my license which is not such an issue until I told them my drivers license is in the car . If they wanna get it ,whatever is fine,but was told that not only would I have to go to the dmv and get another one to bring,to them but my car would cost an additional 100.00 per day. Since covid, it takes 2 weeks minimum to get in there. So that an additional 1400 to the already 480.00 bill i had would make it quite difficult to get back. They are robbers and so I was forced to give up the car. They have lawsuit pending . Stay away from these guys.

This company came and towed my brothers vehicle that did not have a lien on the vehicle on private property without the permission of the land owners permision. The owner of the property called to discuss the unauthorized tow and was told they did not care. Maybe the tow company needs to freshen up on the laws in the state of Georgia before assuming they can do as they please. Here is the statute for them to read. The Georgia Department of Public Safety (DPS) enforces O.C.G.A. Section 44-1-13, which regulates non-consensual towing from private property. If the towing company tows from private property, it must have an agreement with the owner of the property as well as filing with the DPS. Im sure they made an honest mistake . but need to rreimburse the owner for the tow soon.
