Zero stars. I have been here for 5 hours and was instructed to be here today to offload. 1/28/2021 1500. I showed up ASAP at 1130 1/28/2021. Was told by a man inside that I am a day early , which is false according to the rate conformation, but they would get to me in a while. I was just told they will not off load me until 6 am tomorrow. Horrible. I will never deliver here again.

We lost a major contract today because of a shipping mistake McNichols made. Will never use them again.
