Wish I had read the review before calling these people Total scam, person walked in shined flashlight in and said my fireplace was totally unsafe and it would be twelve hundred installed for a new one. Tech Was here ten minutes and cost us hundred and twenty dollars. Apparently they are not in the business of repair, only sales. This should be illegal.
