I have been a tenant in one of their rentals for about a year and a half, and have had a great experience. Their customer service has always been amazing and Vera has always called me back within a few hours if I have had a question. I have only had one serious maintenance issue and he was there within the hour to fix it and was kind, and very quick! Thank you for all your hard work!

Wonderful customer service! Olivia was in training and answered my many phone calls often and was always kind and patient and found me the answer if she didn’t know. It’s honestly appreciated when someone can say “I don’t know, I’m in training; but if you can give me a moment I can find an answer for you.” I have called for Sheri many times with “quick questions” and she has ALWAYS been polite and professional and explained everything to me. She has been so helpful!! So helpful. I was pretty stressed out and her kindness means a lot to me. I never had an issue getting a hold of her or she always called me back, always willing to answer my questions. I appreciate both of you ladies!!!

Arrived to view a property, and the realtor Sheri was wearing a disposable face mask which was clearly heavily used and had it below her nose. Later on when we were inside the property together she removed her mask completely without warning. We asked to move forward with the process but were not notified about additional paperwork needed and so another person claimed the property first. As a result, we drove an hour and were potentially exposed to Covid-19 for nothing.
