The place should be shut down!! The staff can't speak a lick of english and can't even read. Staff don't even have the right optic plan. Staff rolling around in wheelchairs and should be retired. There not saving anybodies life turning ppl away. Rated no stars if I could.

Would not recommend at all if I could rate them no stars I would!!!! Me and my boyfriend called this place ahead of time to make sure we were both in network before going to this place and we get there and and sign in and wait....My boyfriend then was told that he was not in network by a mile... We wasted 45 minutes driving there and 20 minutes sitting there. Everyone was rude and the place was disgusting! Honestly go to biolife they are more friendly and way cleaner!!!!!
Staff is professional and friendly. Site is well organized and clean. Have proper paperwork needed for first time and it is quick and painless to donate.
Not worth it. Machines aren't good and when they break it's your fault and you get little to no money back even if you're almost done. Some of the staff are rude and know how to stick well. I advise to go to a more reputable plasma center and not waste your time going to this one
Great staff. Helpful. Informative. And the fee (that's what they call it) is top notch. 75 for your first 5 donations.
