Having Hypnosis in the past to quit smoking, I was concerned to try it again. Any attempts on my own using quit smoking aids turned to failure. I thought that in my lifetime, I would never succeed. I went to Dr. Pelles and I never had a cigarette since, and I have reached 15 months. I have smoked since I was a teenager, and have turned 63 this year. Dr. Pelles gives you the tools that you need to be successful no matter what environment you are in. He even recorded on my phone an exercise we had performed in his office, which allowed me to repeat any time i was feeling weak. My friends and co-workers were astonished that I was able to quit. I have seen an improvement with my health and my COPD since then. I would highly recommend Dr. Pelles.

I would recommend Donald for anyone that wants to explore if hypnosis will work for them. He was willing to try new, multiple techniques in order to help me with my insomnia. He cared tremendously about my well being and he is a thoughtful person. Also, his techniques can help calm the mind, so this is very useful for someone who seeks to meditate on a daily basis.

I found out about Dr. Donald Pelles through a Pathways Magazine ad. I made an appointment and had a great experience. For years I had a fear of cats. I was on my way to the Netherlands to stay with a friend who owned a cat-Hermes. I asked Dr. Pelles to help me. Several months later, when I arrived in the Netherlands, Hermes greeted me at the door. At first, I felt a little nervous, but several hours later Hermes sat on my lap as I petted him. We became best friends. Thank you, Dr. Pelles. Dr. Pelles attended one of my spiritual group sessions, and the audience loved him-several made an appointment. I highly recommend his services.

I had my first cigarette at the age of 14. By college it was a pack a day habit. Today marks 5 years, 8 months and 1 day from my first appointment with Don, and 5 years, 8 months and 1 day since I last had a cigarette. It was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. I walked into the appointment a smoker, and walked out a non smoker. “Man I feel like a cigarette. Oh well, too bad. I don’t smoke anymore.” This is exactly what I was thinking the days following my appointment. I would recommend him a thousand times out of a thousand.
