Nathan was my serviceman for today. He was in such a good mood I thought he was on drugs, but he simply had that type of bubbly personality! Very knowledgeable at what he was doing and respectful of being inside my house with mask and booties on. Also showed me the few things that he found on an iPad and explained why they occurred and what would not happen in my furnace if they were not repaired. Excellent service! Would definitely recommend AAA

My wife and I wanted to install an AC unit in our home, and shopped around until we had three options/bids. We wound up settling on AAA because their sales folks seemed to be the most informed and helpful. We've had the new HVAC system for 6 months now and are very happy with it. We're using less energy and our house is more comfortable. Win-win! Installation came with maintenance every 6 months (I think for the first year?) and we just had our first visit from them. They were professional and fast. Very satisfied with my purchase and service.

I would highly recommend AAA Heating & Air Conditioning. First, the scheduling staff were friendly and able to book an appointment for me within 24 hours. Ben, our technician, was super professional and knowledgeable. He did a complete and thorough inspection of our system, took time to educate me as well as answer all of my questions and quickly made repairs to get us up and running again. Overall, it was a really great customer experience!

This was my first time using AAA Heating &Repair and everything from booking the appointment to service was fantastic! My appointment window was from 830-900 am. At 8 am I received a text from Tyler introducing himself and letting me know he was on his way. He showed up at 830 - on time which I really appreciated. He put on shoe covers prior to entering the house which not all folks do without being asked. He serviced my ancient oil to gas converted furnace (A beast many furnace companies told me they could not service as they didn’t know how to). After examining and servicing it he gave me a detailed explanation of what was done . The price was very reasonable and less than what I was quoted from a couple of other businesses . Before leaving He even replaced the batteries in my thermostat that were flashing low. It’s the small touches sometimes that go a long way. Will definitely use AAA for my yearly service from now on.

I had a very positive experience today with aaa heating and ac. The technician Tyler who came out to service my furnace was great. He showed up on time, wore a mask and practiced good social distancing which I really appreciated. He took the time to do a complete job and wasn’t rushing to get to the next job. He gave me good recommendations on keeping my furnace in good working order and options for replacement since the furnace is approaching 20 years old. Tyler also took the time to answer my questions completely. Overall I’m very happy with my experience working with Tyler and wouldn’t hesitate use aaa heating and ac again in the future.
