I have hired Beacon Plumbing for a variety of projects at my home and at my business location. I have found them to be the most responsive and professional plumbing and electrical contractor I have ever done business with. After 18 years of general contracting I have hired many subcontractors. Beacon Plumbing stands above them all. Today, Ned our favorite go to plumber, just finished roughing in plumbing and installing a new bath tub. He also installed a new tankless hot water heater. He and his apprentice did high quality work and finished ahead of schedule. All the while doing their best to make sure water service was available to my family as much as possible. If you are considering Beacon among two or three estimates you may have collected. Choose Beacon, it’s the right move. They do why they promise and their personal and company standards are very high.

save yourself 389, what the agents on the phone don't tell you is that the minimum payment for any fix (might be changing the filter) costs 389 plus 75 for the technician to just come. In my case the technician didnt even tell me about the 389 until i saw he wrote it on the paper he had made me sign. when i asked what that was he said that was what i will be paying plus the 75. He was so rude and disrespectful and didn't want to explain anything at all. I would have given them 0 star if there was the option. 389 Diagnostic fee with out even looking at the unite. Take a look at the receipt the technician wanted me to sign.

Very responsive, fair priced, and great customer service!! Beacon saved me from a horrible home warranty referral. Other company was 2 weeks out for a hot water tank replacement. I called beacon and they were at my house at replaced the hot water tank within a couple of hours at a fair price.

Beacon services were efficient, professional and timely. It was a stressful and expensive plumbing issue that occurred with our home, but Beacon employees were professional, took the time to explain our situation so that we understood what was going on and why/how it needed to be fixed. They also showed empathy and compassion in their demeanor and a positive attitude while working with us. They were readily willing to answer any questions we had along the way. We definitely recommend Beacon services. We had extensive work done to our sewer line, during which part of our yard and sidewalk had to be dug up. They cleaned up and filled the dirt holes nicely and made sure our property looked clean and put back together once the project was completed.

This is not the first time we've gotten a bid or had work done with Beacon; the first time was a few years ago when our furnace quit working properly, and instead of fixing it they tried to get us to replace it with a 3k furnace. In that scenario we opted for a second opinion and found the problem could and was fixed with an 8 part. In this most recent incident, a waterline on a faucet broke in a rental property and flooded the place. The elderly tenants felt they needed to act fast so called Beacon to replace the faucet. 885 dollars later... I'm furious at such an egregious act of bad faith. Obviously preying on the vulnerable as no one capable of running to Lowe's and picking up a faucet would have dreamed this was a reasonable rate. I'm sure they would argue that there was more involved, but I can only go by what's on the receipt. Outrageous!
