I was referred there 2 weeks ago to buy H-Channels. We spoke to a lady named Phoniex. She never informed us that each piece was 24 feet because all we needed was two, H-Channels that were 8 feet. We paid her almost 100 and when I called back, she said we couldn't return it but when I spoke to a different man, he said we can return it within 30 days (since the pieces were cut there). I understand if it's company policy, but she made it seem like it was our fault when she in fact was oblivious of the details. If she would have been a little nice and less snarky on the phone, I would have understood and not written this review. Hopefully, others do not encapsulate her customer service at Calsak!

I've been a customer for almost 9 years and I can't say enough good things about the team at Calsak. Calsak can make you feel like you're their only customer and that's hard to do in this \I need it now\ world we live in. Bravo!
