As usual our cravings were all satisfied with the hot spicy Korean soup which is also perfect for a rainy day. I love all the unlimited sides compared to other Korean places we've tried. Jang Soo will always be one of our go to soup spot in the area. Love the food, and the service is so much better than the last time I did my first review. The two young gentleman kept on coming and asking if we want more sides. Will no doubt recommend this Korean place.

This will always be my favorite place for some wonderful Korean food. Even after COVID, the quality of their food remains the same, and they give large portions that is enough to feed multiple people. The service is always great, and when you eat in the restaurant, they are always available to order more food or to bring you additional side dishes refills. The people who work there are always very friendly and generous, and they make it such a pleasure to eat here. Whenever we visit this restaurant, we always order the short rib combo with the seafood tofu soup. The short ribs are always thick and juicy, topped with green onions and sesame seeds, and cooked perfectly on a bed of onions. The seafood tofu soup is rich and flavorful, and so comforting to eat. It's best when you eat it out of a stone bowl, but still wonderful when ordered to-go. The tofu is smooth and soft, and easy to slurp up! The stone bowl rice is always cooked perfectly, and the rice they use is beautiful and fragrant. One of the best things about eating here are the large option of side dishes they offer, which include kimchi, pickled cucumber, marinated squid, potato salad, fried fish, and seasoned bean sprouts. Their side dishes are so fresh and provide the perfect counter-balance to the heavy meats. All of their dishes are very affordable, and you usually get more food than you can eat! I hope that this place never closes, as we will be coming here for many more decades to come!
My 2nd top Korean restaurant for Sundubu Jjigae (spicy soft tofu stew). I always order the Beef Tofu Soup here in medium spicy. The price is so great too for this large of portions and delicious small-plate side dishes. I also like the Green Onion Seafood Pancake for sharing. I often come here after going to IKEA. The wait can be long, though, both for tables and for the food to come.

Covid has this place doing take out only, and they have some prepackaged food by the door on a table. We grabbed a gimbap and it was sooo delicious. The lady at the front was very kind and helpful. The food was a large portion, fresh, and honestly some of the best I've had in a long time.
Great food for the price. Ordered the beef tofu soup which came with traditional Korean side dishes. The soup was definitely comparable, if not better, to the ones I've had in Korea. We'll definitely come back again when in town.
This is not an upscale place, looking at some other reviews. But it doesn't need to be one. The food is tasty, the portions generous, prices affordable and you get constant refill of tea. Brilliant for lunch! The service is nonchalant and quick, I liked the soup, and loved the glass noodles. Come here for a tasty lunch bite, not for a fancy dinner, and you'll be happy!
Staff are friendly, food is delivered quickly. The dishes we ordered are delicious.
