I was referred to this company from a friend. I went to their office in Kernersville to let them take pictures of my work van that I was inquiring about getting wrapped/vinyl lettered. I somewhat described and showed pictures of what I was hoping for. Almost three weeks later I never heard a word from them at all. So I finally called to see what was wrong and why I had not received a call or email. They stated to me that they were trying to get around to work on a design, but had other things they were looking to “push out that week”. I understand businesses get busy, I am a small business owner myself. But I would have certainly appreciated somewhat of a heads up letting me know they were slammed with work or at least touch base with me to let me know they have not even began to work on a design three weeks later. I would of been patient, but I felt forgotten about. I am very disappointed, and decided to go with another company.
