The Bus driver publicly humiliated me by getting on the announce speaker and stating I could not sit in an empty seat. Another passenger was playing their music out load and caused me to have a terrible head ache which caused me to move seats. I moved to an empty seat to not cause any issues. The bus driver said I was going to steal his belongings and his belongings deserved to have two seats and I could not sit in the empty seats. I recorded the driver speaking to me in such a rude manner and even asked for me to get off of the bus for switching seats. The drivers name is Bruno Guerrero. I will not be using this service as a means of transportation moving forward due to the lack of courtesy and horrible customer service. All I wanted to do was sit in an empty seat.

This is a terrific service for college kids, friends and family, traveling to and from college towns. The buses are clean and well maintained. The drivers have always been friendly, patient and accommodating. And the price! There's no better way to travel from here to there! My only complaint has to do with their Sunday schedule. The bus returns to city of Dallas at 12:45AM. This makes it impossible to continue home using public transportation, so I always have to take GREYHOUND on Sunday.
