The care and concern of this women's clinic and their doctors/staff is embarrassing. They are very rude and not only don't care about professionalism, they lack concern and care for the field they are in. I called their office today and asked to speak with a nurse. I was transferred to a lady that picked up the phone and asked her about some issues that I was having and she said, \I'm not a nurse and I can't answer your questions\ before bluntly hanging up on me. She could have sent me to the correct nurse line or scheduled to have the on call nurse call me back but no she just hung up on me. So I called back and directly asked for a nurse to speak with again and they said the nurses are busy so I demanded to speak with someone that could help and they said they would have the nursing practitioner call me back. After waiting all day for the call and not receiving it I called the hospital and asked to speak with the available doctor on call. This happened to be my doctor, Kevin Crosslin, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even mocking my questions and speaking down to me. He also acted like I was wasting his time and very rudely told me to come to his office tomorrow. I would not have had to call the hospital if his staff would have done their job in the first place or if the nurse would have called me back. This is the worst treatment I have ever received from a supposed \professional\ company in my life. I will not be seeing this doctor or his very rude staff again and will spend my money elsewhere. This is the third time I have experienced this type of treatment from these so called \professionals\. If I can report this to the state board I will.
