Great beach... quiet and not crowded. Easy to space apart. Water is clean and clear and you can walk out pretty far before it gets deep.

On this entrance there is a nature park that was very nice to walk with the kids and see some wildlife, although the grounds and facilities need restoring, seems abandoned. The beach was packed and even though seemed that social distancing was being respected I didn't feel comfortable pitching my canopy and being there with the family so I left. Overall it wasn't a bad day, we enjoyed the scenic drive around Key Biscayne and the walk on the Crandon Nature Park. Here are some pics...

Beautiful beaches and tranquil environment. Lifeguards on duty and plenty of places to grille or ride bikes. Great for kids and families. No cash needed to park, under 8.00 you park all day with pay by phone app.

Nice cafe to buy fast foods and drinks....they pick up/deliver orders at the beach OR they have a nice set up of tables and music to eat there
