Globe's Mine

The owner/child who runs this place is an amateur. He is rude and untrustworthy! All his rentals are the oldest on the island and were sold to him by the other businesses because they kept breaking down. I would highly recommend renting from 'Yoan Scooter Rentals.' They are Courteous and Professional and have brand new rentals. You will only have problems with 'Fun Rentals.' WARNING: AVOID THIS BUSINESS!! UPDATE: This is a genuine review based on my terrible experience with your business, therefore my review is valid, and Google will uphold it. The review beneath this one is bogus and has now been reported to Google. If you don’t want bad reviews like this, then treat your customers better. If you are unable to, then close your doors. I know many tourists would benefit from your absence.

Rented two scooters. One of which only started if you turned the handle a certain amount of times. On both scooters you couldn't read the speedometer or the gas gauge because the plastic cover was too yellowed. After only driving for half an hour the second scooter ran out of gas completely and the first almost did. Had to call and no one answered. Took the one scooter that had some gas in it back to the teenager/owner who casually said, \it happens sometimes.\ That's funny, we've rented scooters from Tropical Rental for the last 6 years and we've never had this issue. We'll never rent from here again.

The worst rental place & the rudest customer service. We had a rental reserved & paid for & when we went to pick it up before we even said anything they screamed at us don’t even think you’re getting a golf cart. Yes it’s NYE so we rented one in advance & when we tried to explain we were told the online booking tool which we received two separate confirmations from for our rental was wrong. No apologies no refunds they said we could try online to get our money back. When we demanded a refund we were met with curses and a nice double middle finger gesture which I have a picture of. Please don’t consider giving this place your business.

SERVICE WAS AMAZING... MY WIFE LEFT HER CELL PHONE, IT WAS PROMPTLY RETURNED VIA MAIL... CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE GOLF CART AND THE SERVICE... WE WILL USE THIS PLACE UPON RETURN IN FEBRUARY..

Excellent place to rent golf cart! They come and pick you up from hotel and then when you return cart they give you a ride back to hotel. We had no issues with the golf cart and it’s an great way to see the island! Highly recommend!!
