I had the worst experience with a lady on the phone. She insisted I was yelling at her and I have a hearing condition so I talk loud. I had questions about a bill of service that I just got in the mail. I was overbooked for work that was done and I was trying to explain it to her and she kept being ignorant to me and got cocky about a quote and said she asked me if I wanted her to take a picture and send it to me while being a jerk to me. Still she kept insisting I was yelling at her and I was talking normally. She then proceeded to hang up on me after she cursed me out. I've worked in customer service most of my life and have never experienced someone so rude in my 25 years of service. We will be taking our business to people who deserve our money for future repairs. I then proceeded to call back and a gentleman answered and he listened to my issues and took care of the problem unlike their horrible employee.
