We sent our daughter to Sofia to nurture what we thought was some natural talent for visual arts. Igor and his artists taught her the technical skills to bring out her talent ending in a successful audition in the visual arts at Miami Arts Charter School where our daughter is now attending her first year in the 6th grade. In the ten years I have been in this country, I've never come across a school that fits my needs as perfectly as Sofia Art Academy does. I've found no other place where I feel so at ease and enjoy learning so much. The days on which I have class are the best days of my week —even when I am working on a project that is difficult or challenging! One of the things that matter the most to me is to know that my teacher is as passionate about art as I am, and he takes my craft and work seriously while still making the classes enjoyable and not intimidating. The learning environment is fun, positive and focused, and it's evident how much Igor cares about each student. I've gained a lot of confidence since beginning my studies a few months ago and already find myself understanding concepts that seemed impossible before, which has given me more confidence in my art. I should add that I've been working as a professional illustrator for ten years and went to other private schools in my country. Yet nowhere else was I taught the basic and invaluable concepts of Classical Art that I am learning at Sofia Art Academy. You can benefit from learning here regardless of your level of experience or skill. While the tuition is not cheap, you definitely get your money's worth and beyond, especially if you compare the cost with that of a college where you will not get the same quality of education and level of individual attention you get here. It's hard to put a price on that and it makes a huge difference in the end results. Just by going to this school once a week my life and career went into a much more positive and determined direction this year and I hope to attend for several more years in the future. Finding it is one of the best things to ever happen to me and I recommend it to anyone!

I'm very happy that my son Gabriel's now attending Sofia Art Academy of Miami.. He was so much struggling while trying quite a few art studios in South Florida. Before we moved to Miami he was studying drawing and painting with an art professors from Europe in NY, and we knew it'll be a challenge to find the right art teacher for him here. However, fortunately at Sofia Art academy he found a perfect environment, with their formal program that constantly challenges him as he grows as an artist. The owners and their stuff are extremely professional. They brought their experience and knowledge from old Russian art academies and generously sharing it with their students. The level of their expertise is superb! My son wants to apply to Parsons School of Design to become a fashion designer. We trust that Sofia's art portfolio program (They have many years and great record of placing students to the best art colleges!) will prepare him for the school of his dream!

Sofia Art academy will push you to develop your skills with a great team and a fantastic high level artistic process and standards . My child is developing her talent with their help beyond expectations and Igor and his team were instrumental in preparing her for a successful audition to MAC .
