This company is the worst and changes up once they get the money for the swim lessons. I would truly miss the instructor Michelle who was the reason I joined now that she’s leaving this place is losing business left and right. Just because they’re building a new pool your attitude and customer service brings and keeps family. Christina was very rude to me this morning. While talking to her she started speaking to another customer showing that my situation wasn’t important. I wouldn’t recommend them, especially this location. My children only completed 4 sessions and in the begin they said we could make up to get any missed. They refused to refund me or give 2 sessions when they reopen. I must pay for another 6 sessions. My children are being ripped off from learning a life skills due to greedy management.

My daughter has been going here for over a month now and I absolutely LOVE them! The staff is amazing and my daughter is very comfortable around them!

The new manager of this location is amazing. The new atmosphere that she's established is absolutely incredible. My kids are so excited to come to class and get in the water with their teachers now. Everything is so organized and clean

Today was the first day for my two kids, to schedule them from the beginning was very hard and they specify that Thursday they have level 1 and level 2 at 6pm and I wanted 6:30 but we accommodate to the available time 6 and as soon as we finish the first class this lady Diaz tell the kids to go out my child who is 3 years old had his flip flop and towel inside the pool and he knew he needed to put them on but because the girl was so pushy for the kids to go out he was walking and as soon as he step on the outside floor he fell down very badly the girl apologized but later we go out front and she was with a big attitude trying to change the time for the kids and was not apologetic anymore! Big attitude and bad face for the first class does not tell good things about the costumer service. I hope the session goes by well but I am very disappointed with the costumer service!

This place is very unprofessional with the way it operates. The teachers really dont know what they're doing and the manager was of no help when I asked her what can be done to speed up my children's progress. Waste of money.

We have had our daughter taking lessons here for about 6 months with multiple instructors and they have all been excellent. The instructors at Kid's First Swim School are very good at providing a positive experience where students gain lifesaving abilities and have fun in the process. Every instructor is very aware of where the children are in the pool at every moment. In this short time our 3 year old has improved greatly in her swimming abilities. Swim class day is one of the things that we really look forward to every week!

Place used to be great! Michelle was very helpful and helped a lot the kids to learn, now with her leaving the new management is getting very rude and have poor customer service, they are not offering makeup class anymore, overall the place start going downhill, the new manager is kinda creepy, she is in charge but never presented herself, looking for new options!

I should've trusted the reviews of this place. I feel cheated and extremely disappointed by the way this place works. The instructors dont know how to teach and the people at the desk dont know what they're doing. Any other swim school would be better
