My Kirby would not start, the main hose was broken, and the height adjustment was stuck. They fixed it while I waited in less than 15 minutes and only charged me ten dollars. Saved me time and a return trip. Love my Kirby vacuum, had it 14 years and worth every dollar.

Nice people great product!! Kirby is the best vac. Out there. Deep cleans with a good shampooer.. And does an amazing job on time and hardwood.
Told me two bags for 16.. i asked if they offered the same price As online? The gentleman lied straight to my face an said because we buy in bulk we can sell them to you for cheaper. I purchased the bags. Went to my car and did research. They gave me the cheapest!!! bags that are only 10.64 online including shipping. Went inside and the wife came from the back trying to argue with me. When i legit had proof right in front of them. I will never purchase here again
Two men coming knocking on my door, asked to come in. I Initially said No but the main sales men proceeded to be persistent and eventually got his way. I told them I was not interested and even told them that when they knocked but Noooo. He didn’t care to listen. Gave me some tide pods as a “free gift” for letting them in. The other sales men comes in and mid way of unboxing the vacuum saw that I had things to do (as I stated when they knocked) he started to pack up again. Wasted about 30 min of my time. I Had groceries in the car and couldn’t do anything because these men couldn’t take no for an answer, and he was literally taking his sweet time packing up. He finally left. 5 min later, he comes back knocking on my door and has the nerve to ask for the tide pods back, which I gladly gave back. Worst sales men and I’m sure the vacuum is trash as well. Don’t let them in your home.
Customer service was outstanding and they are very knowledgeable of their equipment. I highly recommend this location to everyone.
