They are an interesting organization. I think that it all evolves around the owner. If he is there, then you should be okay. If not, well, the people are nice although cannot seem to do much. Called today (Jan 2, 21) to order some parts for my Kawasaki JetSki. Was told that they had none of them and that they could not order them until owner was back mid/late January. Add the necessary two week delay in them being received and it is a five week delay. I really did try to keep my money local..... I have updated my review and added a star. A few weeks after this review was published the owner did call me and apologized for this happening. He did offer to order the parts although I already have them. I also think that some of the staff was new and it was indicated that they are now more fully trained. I do appreciate the follow-up and will try to do business with them again in the future.

I recently purchased 2 Kawasaki 90 cc 4 wheelers for my 2 young sons. I got a good deal on them and the staff was great to work with. They were very knowledgeable and helped this mom choose the right size for my growing boys. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
