I can honestly say that working with Chandler and Kimberly for the last three years has been MY PLEASURE. They answer every question I have quickly and completely. I have both home and car insurance through them and the rates are competitive for REALLY AWESOME coverage. (I am an attorney who does civil litigation so I know how important that is on a first hand basis!) I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Recently, I was given a quote for car insurance for my daughter's car and the rate was better than anything I could get ANYWHERE ELSE for the best coverage possible! Kim is our rep, and it is impossible to get in contact with ANYONE in this branch. I don't think we've ever called and gotten someone on the phone the first time, and sometimes they will respond to voicemails, but it should not be that hard to get good customer service. Getting to the point where switching companies seems like the best option.

I cannot get an answer from anyone anywhere with this company right now. I have been calling both this branch because Kimberly is my Rep, and the 800 number to try and pay for my bill and no one is picking up. The 800 number typically works but literally every single time I've called this branch I can't get a single person on the phone. My car insurance is SO important and has to be taken care of. I cannot drive without insurance. At what lengths do I have to go to just to get someone on the phone to pay my bill???
