This gym is really nice and has a lot of amenities included in the membership. I went here in the afternoon and it wasn't too busy. It doesn't seem to get busy until after 4 p.m. The sales guy there wasn't pushy and I really appreciated that. I checked this gym out with a friend who showed me around. The cardio machines were really nice and are touch screen. You can create a profile and sign into it whenever u use any of the cardio machines, as it keeps track of your cardio history. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. This place is pretty clean and I would recommend trying it out.

I had an appointment to go in and check out the gym along with my husband to see if it was a gym we wanted to join, during our workout a manager came to my husband and told him that we can’t work out together because he looks like my personal trainer. This is a complete turn off from the gym.As a manager it should have been handled completely different especially since he had knowledge that we were husband and wife and potential new members of the gym,we immediately left didn’t finish a workout.To feel like a criminal ,uncomfortable, and unwelcome at a place you should feel the most welcomed is a place i wouldn’t recommend to anyone if i could give 0 stars i would
It is a great place. Many things to do. Trainers are excellent especially my trainer Steve Reynolds. Many different classes for whatever you want to do. I would recommend this club to anyone interested.
Great Gym with great classes. Neville's spin classes are the best!!!! love the music he plays, the effort he put in & his constant encouragement. His classes are filled with GOOD energy that you walk out of the class feeling so great. Larry the sales manager is so friendly and so respectful, and so are the rest of the staff. However, the lady at the front desk Deena is so rude. She is on her cellphone most of the time, and when you want to buy water or a smoothie from the front desk, she makes you feel like "you are bothering me" so makes us wait until she is done with her phone calls. She is always rude and so mean. She acts like she is the owner of the facility. After reading the reviews of her here, i wonder why she is still employed.
I had an appointment here. I came in for my appointment. The Spanish lady told to sit down and wait. I waited for more than an hour and nobody to attend to me. I will never come here again and I will advise anybody not to go here. Very racist place and the customer service sucks. They just want your money. Bad place.
My wife and I set up an appointment with Phil the sales manager early this week to come in to try out kinetic sports club, the service we received when we first walk in seemed to be okay after speaking with the sales manager Phil told us (my wife and I) to go workout and see him after we’re done with our workout. About 30 minutes into our workout Phil the sales manager comes up to my wife and I in the middle of “us” working out and ask if we could not workout together because I’m taking away from the the physical trainings and “gunning for there jobs” he went on saying that i’m potentially taking away from the physical trainers business. I could half understand if Phil had this conversation with someone he didn’t have an appointment with and just met 30 mins before the incident. After everything my wife said she feels uncomfortable an decided that we will not be joining Kinetic sports club. Hopefully someone at Kinetics read this and give there employees some training on people skills, specially and particularly when dealing with new potential clients.
Weds night Aqua class with Sharon is amazing. I am in great shape since I started taking this class. Instructor is tough so don't get scared away . The cleaning staff is also amazing. They make sure the place is spotless. They deserve a big kudos!!!
Enjoyed the birthday party we attended there!
