Our food was fantastic! Nice view of the lake and dog friendly seating. Our server, Carly, was really awesome. She made the experience even better! We will definitely be back

Though the nice view to the lake is nice, the food is so so and the service is a as well. Took a while for a food to come with a small mess up, the waiters ignored us for 10 minutes until we got someone to come over. During the night this place is pretty gloomy and not great, maybe a place to pick up a drink or some fries on a beach day but not that amazing, lots of other great places around the lake that are better.

Yummy! And, a fun place to walk the snow-filled beach along the north shore of Lake Tahoe. We loved the clam chowder and fish and chips! Tarter sauce is delicious to dip the fish in. We parked at the Kings Beach State Park around the back of the restaurant and gladly paid the 5 self pay parking permit and enjoyed a fantastic view of Lake Tahoe while we ate. Highly recommend this adventure and experience!

We were a party of 5 women and a child. Initially we were pleased with our outside table near heat lamps and a nice view of the lake. It took some time for our waitress to come over but she was pleasant and the place was full. Our orders were taken and a few requests (like no onion) were made. Now things took a turn for the worst. It took about 10 minutes to get our drinks (a few off-the-menu cocktails, and lemonades). We watched three groups of people who were seated after us get there food before us (and yes, they were similar sized parties of 4-5 ppl with entree items). We just decided to take in the view and good company. Almost 50 minutes later our waitress has three plates...the first was steak and mashed potatoes but my daughter ordered fries. The other two plates were not ours, so the waitress realized she must have made a mistake and took all thee plates back. Another 10 minutes go by and she comes back with 3 of our 6 orders...one was the same steak and mashed potatoes, the other was a burger that was ordered with cheese/no onion or pickle (but came with no cheese and had the onion and pickle), the 3rd meal was surprisingly correct. About 5 minutes later, she comes out with the remaining 3 meals...this time the ribs were missing on one of them, and still brought 2 wrong meals. My little niece ordered mac n cheese without the bread crumbs but they kept bringing out some meal without bread. So another 5 minutes go by and finally the last two meals were brought out. During this fiasco, I went and spoke to the manager. I was calm but explained everything...the manager was apologetic but didn't seem to care to much. A few our meals were comped but that hardly makes up for such a bad experience!

As much as place is at wonderful location and drinks were great, hair in food is unacceptable. Especially considering the importance of hygiene nowadays, eating out getting scary with these kind of experience. Unfortunately i was already at home when I opened my meal box and there was a long hair lying on my ribs and the whole thing went to the trash.

Despite covid, Jason’s has a nice outside patio area for some nice drinks and appetizers. Amazing fries that are super crispy and tasty. The sandwiches were great. They had nice beers on tap and the bartender made some good suggestions on both food and drinks. Really great suggestion for a nice afternoon snack or drinks with an amazing view.

Nice place for casual lunch lunch in the lake. Yes, slow service... but very very friendly and kind staff! Worth the wait for the beautiful patio and nice people

A wonderful view of the lake from the outdoor seating. Service was attentive and the food was good. The prime rib left a bit to be desired, but the drinks were incredible.
