I am an endurance cyclist who often rides in far away places. I purchased by wonderful bicycle from Derek and he has kept it in tip-top condition for 4 years! I absolutely need reliability and I trust Derek for fair prices and excellent mechanical skills. He also has done bike fittings for me.

Very good experience. Went in for a bike fit and was very pleased with the outcome. Only 4 stars because the cost was a little steep for items needed during fitting however, I was happy to help a local business.
Derek had exactly the bike that I was looking for in stock when no other bike store had even one of the bike line that I was interested in or could get one. It turns out that they didn't even look so far as the bicycle manufacturer's warehouse. Derek also took the time to be sure that I got exactly what I wanted and that the bicycle worked perfectly. Great service!
Kings has provided excellent service and advice for the better part of 20 years for me and for my friends and referrals. They provide products and services that are high quality and provide outstanding performance.The owner is an outstanding technician and more capable solving obscure bicycle problems than anyone else I've encountered. He's also an expert at fitting bicycles to riders to allow them to get their best performance out of the equipment. Best bike shop around.
Bought a replacement Off-road Scott from Derrick, the owner, who was there that day. He took a lot of time with me, made me try multiple fixed frame and mono-shock bikes until we found one that I liked. He then did a custom fit of the bike, changing the seat, handle bar stem, flipped the handle bar, placed the shifters, set the height and made adjustments after making me ride some more. He also covered free adjustments until all the cables settled down. A great experience.
I had my hybrid Trek 7000 tuned up a couple of times there, and the owner always does a great job with it. The prices are much more reasonable than some other neighborhood bike shops (especially Jax). I don't understand a couple of poor reviews here that troll his character with foul titles. That only reflects poorly on the character and credibility of those reviewers, in my opinion.

Performance had told me that they'd have to replace my whole derailleur/shifter system to get my shifters working again. Derek had everything back in good shape less than 24 hours after I dropped my bike off with him. Went for a ride immediately after and couldn't be happier with the quality of the repair.
