Dyson products are great. Dustin that works at this location is great! He helped me transition from the cinetic animal ball canister vac to the cinetic animal & allergy upright and it is much more powerful and effective in cleaning! Thank you for honoring our warranty! See photo for first time clean right out of the box! Wow! I have two dogs and this is from a 6x9 rug! Didn’t vacuum for only 2 weeks! Yuck! :) Thank you!

Having an issue with our Dyson Pure HumidifyCool PH01 Fan, too many \time for cleaning\ messages. Took the device there, in the end they are replacing with a new device. The technician I spoke with said he had the same issue with his PH01 fan. For the time being until Dyson isolates the cause for \time to clean\ prompts, it will most likely be replaced. We have different Dyson products and have been to this store before. The staff is always courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They also take their time with the customer to make sure all the details are explained and understood, rather than trying to rush through the process. Great experience with this issue as they went the extra mile.
