My second MRI at Evergreen Radia today was as easy and professional as the first. Checking in with the good humored staff turns that usually tedious and impersonal duty into an easy and calming few minutes. I was fortunate to have Laura and Nicole again in charge of all things technical. They are focused on patient comfort before and during the process and make the minutes go by much faster. The facility is located within blocks of Evergreen Hospital, and close to many local doctor offices around the Village at Totemlake shopping center area. I've been to this location more then a handful of times and find the staff nice and helpful. The waiting room is clean and they offer hot tea and coffee which is nice while waiting for your appointment. They have a TV in the waiting room, and normally during all my appointments there was some kind of nature show on so very family friendly which I always nice. I went there this time after my doctor appointment and checked in at the desk, I was a walk in and from start to finish I was there for about 15 mins. This is not always the case, they can be very busy at times. I would call and schedule an appointment, if you don't have time to wait. I recommend them, they even bill my insurance which is really helpful.
I (Jack Short) had an MRI scheduled for 7:30 PM Jan 8. I was met by Ricky very promptly (actually early) in the waiting room and was taken to a room for my IV insertion and could finish my paperwork. I had a good insertion and the whole experience was very pleasant. Thank you to Ricky and a second man whose name I think was James.
Great, quick Xray process. I felt very comfortable and at ease. I got my results within a few minutes to take to my Dr.
My 91-year-old father has rarely been treated so kindly, gently, cheerfully, thoroughly, and professionally as he has over the past two weeks undergoing tests at Radia. And as his caregiver they have welcomed and encouraged me in every way, as well. I just cannot say enough good about his experiences, from first minute at the front desk all the way through until being escorted out at the end. Kudos, Radia!!
