It's very hard to get through to someone here. I resorted to filling out their online contact form. I did not hear back from them until about 10 days later. They then told me, they couldn't get my husband on the schedule for another 3 weeks since he was a new patient.. Ok, fine. My husband went in today. Showed up 10 mins early to do the necessary paperwork and they were closed.. They ended up opening 15 mins after his appt time (8:15am. They are supposed to open at 7:15am). On top of that, he had waited 3 weeks to see the doctor and the doctor didn't even show up so he was helped by someone else who gave him very generic information and then charged him 350. Complete waste of time and money.

Awful. Arrived for appointment. Had just sold my business and received COBRA paperwork day prior. Explained that. They said would be 200 for initial office visit/ consult. I said that would be fine, provided consult would not exceed the 200. When met the nurse, I explained the conversation at front desk and mentioned that I would be renewing my insurance quickly and, for today’s visit, did not want to exceed the 200 office visit/ consult fee. Nurse relayed that request to doctor and he declined to see me. I clarified that I was happy to pay for 200 worth of consultation, just wanted to hold on procedures or labs that would exceed that. No dice. I said, “OK, but I’ll need a refund since did not see the doctor.” Nurse agreed that a refund should and would be issued. At front desk, they could not issue the refund. (They’d had no problem TAKING the money. They could not get their own billing office to take their call while I waited. No answer at billing when I called there. I will call my credit card, refuse their charge, and look elsewhere. Truly awful experience. Singularly bad. Do not go.

Terrible, can literally never get through. They have no callback option and you just hang on the line. So I go online and try to fill out the appointment option and all that gets you is a call from someone telling you to call the scheduling center again. I gave up and am going else where.

No one actually answers the phone, so good luck getting through to anyone. I gave up after being on hold for 1/2 hour to book an appointment. And forget about completing their online appointment request form, no one responded to that either.

Quite possibly the worst gastros in Seattle. Seriously, don't come here. Find anyone else in the area who takes your insurance and RUN away from this place. I've suffered with these people for years now - figuring the problem was me and not the multiple doctors I saw at this terrible practice. But today I discovered that they've also been incredibly stupid in diagnosing a simple problem in a friend of mine. After consulting with other doctors, all I can say is this practice will do nothing to help you and may actively harm you. They don't know how to diagnose the most common of GI problems. Find anyone NOT in this practice to help you. God help you if this is your only choice in the area.

I've seen Dr. Sloane here twice now and has been a huge help. Another doc in the same group, different location, couldn't help me so I was referred to him and so far so good. The Kirkland office is easy to get to and has many other docs. They have 4 other locations I believe. My GI issues are complicated and he listened very well. Didn't shrug off my complaints and came up with a fairly easy solution after 4 years of trying with other docs. I still have more GI issues to go but am on the right track now thanks to him! I'm very thankful I was pointed to him.
