Went to Hearing Specialty Center for a hearing test. Halfway through the test, Cherrie Hoyden interrupts, and states I should be able to hear the beeps coming through the headset and said my other medical condition may be interrupting me. Cherie Hoyden was saying I should raise my hand as she preferred, not when I confirmed hearing the beeps. I was taken aback by her claim and statement, which made the remaining tests uncomfortable to complete. I have raised my concern to the Washington Medical Commission. I would avoid using Hearing Specialty Center, as Cherri Hoyden seemed more interested in preferred results, not the actual results I was providing.

She was super nice and professional. I had a ton of questions that she answer! She even showed me another chart to compare. Would recommend!
Dr Hoyden has been my audiologist since 2009. I am difficult to fit and she is very careful, patient and professional. She has worked with me over the years, each time taking time to be sure I was comfortable and satisfied. I now regard her a true friend as well as my doctor. She is wonderful.
WARNING VERY CONDESCENDING AND RUDE Very condescending. I tried calling to make an appointment and the person who answered the phone was VERY rude and condescending.
Dr is wonderful. Very insightful and did a great job of answering all of our questions.
I popped in to ask about getting ear molds so I can get custom tips on my Westone IEMs. They were really nice and helpful.
