I can not recommend Lake Street Diamond Company enough. They did such an amazing job on my ring and their customer service is just amazing. My now husband purchased my engagement ring from another jeweler and while I loved the style, the quality was pretty poor. I’ve thought about having it repaired for a few years, but never got around to it. One of the side stones fell out, and so it was time to get the repair done. I brought my ring into Lake Street and they let me know that because the ring was so poorly made, which I already knew, it was best to have it completely remade. They kept my original design with some improvements that we discussed and used the same stones. They used CAD to design my new ring and kept me updated on the process. When my new ring was all ready to pick up, the ladies at the store were so sweet and excited for me! The jeweler came over and explained the technical reasons as to why he made the changes he did based on the previous issues I had and even remembered that I didn’t want anything that could potentially scratch my son on accident. He even designed it so it finally set flush with my wedding band. I absolutely love my new ring. It’s PERFECT. I really couldn’t be happier with Lake Street. They did such an amazing job and really took great care of me.

My fiance went to Lake Street to design my Morganite engagement ring, and they knocked it out of the park. I knew I wanted to create a unique stacking ring for it, so we went back and Anna was so receptive and helpful. It came out even better than I expected, I seriously love it. The photo's don't really capture the beautiful color and the fire in the moissanite stones, it's honestly stunning in person. I am confident they can do just about anything you dream up, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back there or recommend them to anyone. The entire staff is so warm and friendly, and even with a mask on (thanks, covid) they'll still recognize you walking through the door. It's so great to support a local business and it's a special experience you just don't get with national chain stores.

I absolutely love them!!! My husband and I walked in just looking eight years ago when we were first starting out and on the broke side but they always welcomed use regardless of budget. Then as our life grew they grew with us from birthdays to Christmas to designing a custom necklace for our daughters birth mother and making another matching one for our daughter. Recently they just made me the perfect solitaire pendant for my birthday for a fraction of what the big name brands wanted to charge. Fingers crossed my husband has the sense to head to them for our upcoming ten year anniversary

Anna and Vince made my day!!! A few years back my husband and I purchased a bracelet there for a friend of his and since then my husband keeps mentioning how much he loved that bracelet. I walked into the store today and didn't see what I was looking for so I asked and Vince pulled out from behind the scenes exactly what I came in for! It was magical. The service and the quality of there products are above and beyond!! Thank you!!!!
