I sold my college vehicle to them for recycling in 2018 and was told that I just needed a drivers license for the transaction. Since then I have had strange moments where I SWORE I saw my car driving around town here. Today... I found it parked in a parking lot under a different license plate. It was an utter deer in the headlights moment. You may ask: how are you sure it was your old vehicle? 1) I repaired the headlight with my dad after a fender bender - the same dent and repair job was there. 2) Dent by gas cover from when someone hit the side of my car 3) Passenger door mini-saw job (it wouldn’t open after last fender bender) 4) Same window tint strip 5) Jim Bauer dealer sticker Thank goodness it wasn’t titled under my mother’s name still. 1 star review for shady business practices and dishonesty. *edited to acknowledge business reply* - gentleman working said - when asked - that it would be recycled that day. I understand that they “reserve the right”- but the expectation was made that it was to be recycled by the business

The place has got worse in the last year or so. The prices has gotten worse than anywhere, and they can't even unload your truck of scrap. Don't recommend it there anymore.

I'm a business owner and have done business w hundreds of vendors. Had years of good relationships. However this was one of the worst vendor experiences I've had. Called Victory inquiring about trash containers service. Without permission this vendor delivered a LARGE oversized rolloff container to our property 1. We didn't approve the delivery 2. When called Victory we specify stated that we were ONLY interested in a small container. Nevertheless, upon learning of the delivery mistake we called offering to let the container stay if they reduced the price to what a smaller container would have cost. Owner was a complete jerk not owning the mistake. He said \I made the decision to send you the bigger container but I was going to reduce the price a little\ His price was still much higher than the competitor was for the appropriate size container. Do to their mistake I asked him to match the competitor price. He said \You're an out of town guy and I'm not going to do it\ Basically saying if you're not a local I can say whatever I want to you. Well buddy I can sound off online to show your colors. Fyi- at least your wife has some respect owning up to the mistake. Maybe you should let her run the business.
