Where do I begin? My husband was recommended to Freedom immigration by a friend of his. Long story short, we had to file twice. Pedro, who we were originally working with, left without notice. We had to find out after going to the office and asking to speak with him. They failed to return my phone calls. I was the one who informed them the status of my husband’s case, Jaziel was clueless 80% of the time. They just made the immigration process even more stressful. If you’re a person of color, save yourself the headache. They may reply to my comment and discredit my experience, but this is me being as nice as possible for somebody who paid 1,750 for 50 dollar service.

I hired Attorney Pedro for my immigration case where he filed the motion to appeal after my previous case was denied, Attorney Pedro charged me a premium fee of 3000 dollars just to write a 1 page explanation letter to USCIS. He claimed that he was an Ex-uscis officer and he knows what needs to be explained to USCIS because the denial was caused by the confusion of paperwork. USCIS sent a mail response with a denial notice saying the explanation done by attorney Pedro is incorrect and will not affect the case decision previously made. I felt that I was cheated and after repeated emails or phone calls to reach Attorney Pedro there was no response from him. There are many attorneys out there who wanna just look at you as a business opportunity, I would not recommend attorney Pedro for any immigration case. I not only lost the attorney fees that I paid to him to get the work done but also didn't get the result or service that I expected.
