Just spent the entire 4th of july weekend, words cannot describe the experience. Kittatinny had sites for any type of group. All kinds of activities to choose from as well. Prices are a little high but well worth it.. It also depends on holidays, weekends or regular days, etc..me and my group(15) had a blast, super convenient to grab supplies at the camp store, phone service is none existent but they do provide a LAN line in the office for phone calls. Check out all the great pics taken.

This was the greatest experience of a lifetime I have always been hesitant to go camping. My nephew and wife has been going there With friends & family fr the past 10 years it was their first outdoor activity since being married so they hold it at heart and continued it as their personal tradition.... I’ve learned that I been missing out on a great escape of pure serenity and the beauty of nature it was sooo relaxing and stress reliving... you have got to go .... my most favorite part was sitting around the camp-fire and telling stories and reminiscing of great times to my family... I was sooo happy to do this with my family especially my daughter being there too !!!! she absolutely adored every moment of it.

Came with a group of girlfriends and we had the best time at this campground. Our reserved campsite was taken by another family but we worked it out with the office. We actually got a better campsite than what we had reserved. All staff members including the maintenance guys were wonderful. Wish the trail heads were marked better but wasn’t disappointed that we didn’t hike. We’ll be back!

Staff members are friendly and helpful, Grounds are pretty clean considering the huge number of people staying. One negative is the tubing, not for young children. We were a group of 19, 4 between 8 and 11. Parents did not enjoy this part of our stay. Water on lazy 2 hour float is extremely rough in spots. I know how to swim and hit a rock which threw me out of my tube and was dragged by the current. A group closer than mine helped me up by letting me hold on till my group got me. I've never been afraid in the water - till now. We will return, but next time rafts only. We chose to get out of the water shortly after this, not due to me but rain, thunder and lightning. Joe(I believe) was at the side of the road with a van!! I will say that one in our group did not check back in at the end and staff did come to our site to make sure we all made it back!

One of the best campgrounds I’ve ever visited. Very friendly staff, guests are not too close to each other on the site. My phone was out of service in there but you have an access to wifi in the main office. There’s a few stores and gas station about a mile away. Can’t wait to get back soon!

We arrived at k camp Barryville NY to our assigned spot 2 Riley’s field. This spot is not indicated on the park map-no RV spots are and I think it’s on purpose. We arrived & saw our spot was very tight in between two cabins. The cabins were being rented by the same family/group who had all their stuff in the space between which was our assigned spot 2. We did not speak the same language as this group and they did not seem to understand we were trying to pull into our assigned spot. The camp staff gave us an attitude when we explained this & that there would be no room to park the camper given all the stuff and small space. What’s the point in camping if you can’t hangout outside at your campsite? There was NO room for this in addition to being put in the middle of two cabins shared by a group/family. We finally got switched to a new site after a lot of back and forth. New site was a tent site with no sewer hook up which isn’t a big deal in itself if we hadn’t paid for and been expecting full hook up. We also could have done without the extreme and unnecessary attitude from staff. In addition camp sites were full of trash and many dogs throughout the camp were off leash. Quiet hours were supposed to start at 11 but many were blasting music until 2 AM. No service/no WiFi available-normally not an issue but figured I would add it to the list. I would warn others to stay away especially if you are camping in an RV. This place is not for RV’s!!!!!!

Could be a great campground. The location is great for playing on the Delaware. Unfortunately there was too much NYC trash up there, and the facilities are long overdue for a makeover. I paid over 200 to camp, and all I heard from 9am-4am was horrible loud music. Management didn’t do anything to remedy the issues. I would not come back here again. Looks like I going further north to avoid the garbage NYC seems to breed.
