Hiked 10 miles starting in Harper's Ferry to Maryland, then back again. It was beautiful and peaceful experience. This was my first time on the AT. Next stop is Maryland to Pennsylvania. Also The bike riders on the trail were super courteous as well. Almost everyone signaled there passing which is greatly appreciated.

Probably one of the best trails to walk/hike in the area. Either direction you take it, it will either lead to Shepherdstown or Brunswick.
