Great food! Super fresh and delicious! My family and I eat here all the time and the food is always incredible! My kids love the fact that they can make their own bowl which guarantee's that they will eat it! The Servers are fantastic and the managers are always stopping by to check on everything! I only wish they had more locations in Knoxville!

Amateur. Unprofessional. Dirty. No attention to detail. Went with my husband on a Saturday night. First I will say the good things: the food was good, the value was good, and most of the employees were doing their jobs the best they knew how. Our waiter, Cody, was cocky, clueless and just doesn't give a crap. He was one of the worst waiters I've ever seen in my entire life. He was late coming to take our order. He had my husband's dirty utensil setting in his hand and still forgot to bring him a new one. Someone else brought our food and we never saw Cody again. He never checked on us, he was "hanging out" with other staff and completely oblivious to customers and what his job is. Same problem when we wanted to pay the bill, we had to get another staff member to get his attention. In fact no one ever asked us how our meal was. The extremely small menu says "your choice of rice" and we both requested a certain kind of rice and neither of us got it. I asked for mine to be made spicier and Cody wrote down to add red peppers but they didn't do that either. (All Cody had to say was, we have sriracha sauce you can add). When our meals came, we wanted soy sauce and sriracha, so we had to get up and find it ourselves. The place has crap on the floors, food and napkins stuck to the tables and chairs (the napkin would not even come off, it was GLUED on somehow). My husband's glass had some kind of white paint smudge on top. They close late but at 8:15 they started moving tables around and cleaning, making it an obstacle course to get to the bathroom. We don't know what the hell the manager was doing, besides making them clean and trying to figure out how many tables each server had. Don't bother looking at the menu on the website, they don't have all that. All they have are the bowls and 2 appetizers, that is IT. 2.49 for ice tea that I didn't even finish one glass of.
