Buy used cars here with CAUTION!! BUYER BEWARE!! 2004 Toyota Sienna from them. It had been a trade-in. I test drove the vehicle and had no issues. I know buying an older car has risks, but did not expect the issues that followed. The salesman was somewhat willing to work with me, but they would not allow me to take the car to my mechanic, I wanted it inspected before buying. They said it could not be off the lot that long. Okay fine. They came down to my price. I was in a bind after an accident and needed a car. I thought I was getting a good deal. There were no warning lights on or anything, until the next day. The check engine light miraculously came on the next time I drove the van. I stopped by the garage to have them check it and they did a full inspection as well. It needs at least 3k dollars in engine repairs. Some of the issues would have been obvious if the so called trained mechanics at Mini actually checked the van. Salesman claimed that they don't reset any instrument panel lights, but I feel that was a lie since the check engine light came on when it did. Mini is part of Grayson Auto so be warned if you go to any of them for a used car. I received a text from the salesman at Mini soon after my purchase asking for my email. I responded with my email and told him about the issues and he stopped responding to me. They simply don't care. Now I am stuck with a car I can't drive until I come up with money to fix it. Now I know why they worked with me on the price.

Great friendly people to deal with. We was pressed for time I was in my Saturday working around tge house clothes wife just got off work she looked at everything she wanted to they made her a great deal on the one she wanted. You won't go wrong dealing with the good folks at mini on Knoxville.

Just bought a 2014 Audi R8 V10 from this dealership and had it shipped to Illinois. Upon receiving the car there was a noticeable ticking noise coming from the engine bay, more likely coming from the exhaust or heat shield or a fan. Neither the dealership or LemonSquad noted this so it potentially happened in shipping (which was setup and paid for by the dealer). Contacted the dealer today and told them I have to take a 103k (with taxes) to the Audi dealership and got the following response “ I wish you guys the best of luck and I hope there is no issues with the dealer”. Anyone purchasing a high end car from this Mini dealership should be highly concerned. As of 2/27/21 anyone interested in any of their Ferrari or Lamborghini offerings should stay away in my opinion, unless you are willing to take the car to the dealership until arrival.

Excellent dealership with great customer service. I get anxiety over things like buying a car but here they made me feel calm and at home versus the Toyota and BMW dealerships. Ask for Brian if you go there because he was amazing and super patient. Finally after a week or so we came upon the perfect vehicle for me, still no stress or pressure. Thanks again guys!
