Kokua has been our IT outsource partner for years. They recently migrated our team from a resident server to the Cloud...over Super Bowl Weekend. The team did an outstanding job preparing, executing and being available to make sure each member of our team was operational on Monday. So glad I was referred to Jeff @ Kokua. I am self employed and my business requires a great deal of tech support. Jeff has a very patient approach to helping the most un-tech oriented people. I am grateful for the help I have received and would highly recommend this group for anyone needing tech support and systems for business success.
Where do I even begin! I reached out to Ben and Jeff on 12/30 to help with migrating email from G-suite to 365. Within what felt like minutes, I was connected to Lissie, who promptly scheduled me with Marc to handle the migration. Lissie was incredibly helpful in getting me where I needed to go quickly (in short, she's just awesome). Marc was great to work with and was incredibly accommodating to my moving schedule as he finished the work, hopped on a call to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable moving forward. I don't have enough good things to say about my experience now and in the past with Kokua and highly recommend them for any of your technology and security needs!
