These villas are gorgeous. Fully furnished with all the creature comforts you need so you can cook your own food and not have to spend a ton on food. The location is also perfect being only a 5 or 10 minute walk to the beach.

Gorgeous villa! We loved our stay here and felt so comfortable in the home. Temperature regulation inside was perfect and there was so much space to accommodate our family. Felt like luxury but still had a homey feel. We used the pool and gym on the property every day and the walk to Poipu beach is enjoyable and short enough to do multiple times in a day without getting tired of it. It's a quiet neighbourhood and well suited to families who just want a relaxing getaway to spend time together. Also down the road about 10 minute walk is Little Fish Cafe where you can get the best Acai bowls on the island. We went there almost everyday!

We loved staying at the villas at Poipu beach. We stayed in the four bedroom unit. It accommodated our large family group. It was nice to have such a beautiful kitchen to use while we were there. The table was large so that we could all eat together as well. The balcony was nice. You could see the pool from it. The hot tub at the pool was gorgeous with a waterfall going into it. The beach had turtles on it. The villas grounds were a beautiful garden. I would stay again and recommend it to anyone.

Nice condos. Walk to beach in morning. Gorgeous sunsets, good area to walk. Walked every day, usually saw whales, dolphins & turtles. There for 4 weeks.

We stayed in the Custom Penthouse for a week in mid November 2018. The space was immaculate when we arrived and the amenities were amazing. Everything I could have thought of was provided including a blender, toaster, slow cooker, wine glasses, serving dishes, baking dishes, dishwasher and laundry soap, beach bag/towels and the bathrooms were equipped with body soap, body lotion, conditioner and shampoo. The views were amazing from all the decks and the living space allowed our family of 15 adults and 5 kids, plenty of space to gather and enjoy each others company. My only suggestion for longer stays would be for the property to include regular cleaning/maid services in the rate.

We will definitely be back soon! This was the perfect place to host a large group. We booked one penthouse 4 bedroom and two 3 bedroom villas. The rooms were spacious, clean and had AC (not common on the island for condos). Our daughter loved the pool and hot tub and we spent our days exploring Kauai. We will definitely be back soon as there is still lots of activities we have yet to do on Kauai. A week was not long enough in this paradise. See you soon!

Stayed in a 3 bedroom Villa here for 4 nights. Property is relatively strict with rules but the stay was very pleasant for my family. They were very accommodating for my infant providing a crib and high chair. They have a very convenient shared beach closet filled with stuff for the pool and beach you can borrow daily. Location is great. Just wish their kitchen stocked more essential items like oil and butter for use.
