Travis Jones

I live in a highrise building and dropped my keys into the elevator pit. They sent out a technician to retrieve my keys. They came out and retrieved part of my key fob but left part of it down there. Had to call them back. They charged me for 2 calls at over 425. Spoke to Elizabeth who was extremely rude and unprofessional.
