Can’t say enough good things about Lonestar! They are great with my toddler and make the experience easy as pie for her every time. Dr. Pracilla is awesome and we are so thankful for her. The whole staff is super friendly, front desk to the assistants. So happy we found this place.

Amazing staff, so warm and welcoming! Explained everything to my daughter that she would experience and made her feel comfortable as the patient!! Explained how and why taking care of her teeth is important and what she could expect in the future in ways both she and I could understand! Spectacular client care and service. Highly recommend!

Overall we had a really great experience. The only “blip” in the service was the verification of our insurance. They called at 5pm the night before the 8am appointment to say they couldn’t verify our information and so I scrambled to find more information for them to use. I heard nothing back and then when we got there they said they still hadn’t been able to verify the insurance. We have Delta dental so I really didn’t expect there to be an issue. So...with an 18 month old on my hip at 8 am I had to google more phone numbers for them to call (which I feel like they could have done themselves). Eventually they verified the information and our 100% covered visit went on forward without a hitch. The dentist was amazing, they treated my daughter and I great on her very first dental visit and we will 100% be back. I just wish the process prior to the appointment hadn’t been stressful or so difficult.
