EXTREMELY happy that I came to this school; I was looking for one that was only focused on makeup, since I'm not interested in cosmetology. After going for a tour, I moved from Puerto Rico to Las Vegas just for this school. L Makeup was recommend to me, and I'm so glad I went with it. I've learned so much, from obviously makeup application to sanitation, product knowledge, staying organized and becoming way quicker at the makeup application since it is very hands on, everyday we would do makeup applications so I was never bored and always enjoyed going to class. Body paint was so much fun, creative and very new to me but I was able to learn so much, same thing with Special FX. ALL of the teachers and assistants are very experienced, very nice and super helpful. The facilities are so gorgeous and very prestigious, and was always kept clean. After so much training, I'm so much more confident about my artistry and can't wait to start working. I have already finished the whole program but I'm definitely coming back to take Advanced Prosthetics.

L Makeup Institute is an absolutely amazing school! All the staff are kind and knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I didn’t get to finish the full program due to my health but they were so understanding and wonderful and I’m so glad I got to spend those two months with them and learn so much. I hope to attend again someday to finish the program. My friends (the whole class I was in) are graduating in a couple days and I’m so very proud of them. They have come so far and everyone of them that I’ve spoken to since leaving have completely loved the experience. If you want to become a makeup artist this is the place to go. OH and if you are a working artist or just love makeup, their store is amazing! Lots of useful stuff there. They have a huge selection of glitter, lashes, nyx cosmetics, makeup forever, sigma brushes, and my favorite thing: cinema secrets brush cleaner. If you’re at all interested in attending you should give them a call :)

Never in my life did I think that I'd have the opportunity to pursue a career in one of my lifelong passions - until I found L Makeup Institute. Attending this school was easily one of the best experiences of my life. The instructors and faculty are so knowledgable and helpful, their passion for their craft is infectious. Thank you L Makeup for not only helping me hone my skills and preparing me as a Makeup Artist, but for giving me the confidence to follow my dream.

I was looking for a school to further my education. As a makeup artist I already knew the basics and I wanted to check out the L Makeup Institute because of their reputation. My socks were completely knocked off and I had no idea what I was walking into. The people there were so sweet and helpful. The programs were explained perfectly to me and because I already work as a makeup artist I thought there wasn't anything that would blow my mind. I was wrong. The classes are so detailed to specific techniques. Not to mention that there is a full retail store and as a Cosmetologist I get a discount. I plan on attending their Master Makeup Artistry Program soon and cant wait to see my career sky rocket! Thank you L Makeup Institute for making me feel at home :)
