Did not have a good experience today. Maybe she was having a bad day and asked him to make sure and help me get out of there as soon as possible. No receipt but i have a personal 20 limit under which I just tell myself it's worth it to be sure that i don't want to do business with them again. I'm pretty sure they will not miss me.

This is in a way like stepping back in time to a retail world one rarely finds today. It has an amazing inventory of items for either the professional designer, a dressmaker, or a general consumer. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Covid has impacted the event business such as weddings and proms, so if you can stop by and pick up something I am sure they would appreciate it.

The very best store in the city. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Any sort of hard to find hardware is available, but it's the staff's help fixing things that makes Cliffs exemplary. Thank you for all your help!!!
Literally the best establishment in Miami. No store, restaurant or service provider is better. Any time you have no idea where to find the thing you're looking for, Cliffs will have it. If they don't, it doesn't exist.
