We went as a party of 12 and they let 8 in and said they were at max capacity and wouldn't let the other 4 in. This was for a 4 year old birthday, obviously she was crushed that not everybody who came with could jump and play with her. Yet they were letting others in. I don't plan on coming back in the future because of the way they handled it. They would have rather given us a refund and lose the money of 8 others than let the others jump. I know I'm not an exception but you think they could have come up with a solution, to let the whole party jump together at the same time? Or is that too much work for the manager? The facility itself is fine.

Love this place!!!! However, today it was sooooo packed! So many people!!! I think they need to have a limit capacity (covid or no covid- but especially during covid!) I'd say 90% of the people weren't even wearing masks. So disappointing. We went for 45mins. Didn't even complete the hour because it was so uncomfortable. I think they should bring back the tot time hours too on Saturday. So many big kids mixed with so many small Littles, made it so nerve wrecking!!
What a great family friendly place to go! We both love it here. I think I have close to as much fun as my boy. The smile on his face is priceless every time we go. If you have the chance go, you won't be disappointed!
Went for my grandson's birthday. No one working the concession stand. Way too expensive! And all the tables were dirty and sticky.
Best trampoline park/adventure park I've been to. The whole family had an amazing time. The variety of attractions make it nice for everyone. I especially liked the parkour area and the ninja warrior course. The main court trampoline area was very large and fun!
