Great service!!! The animal control officers are all very helpful and very quick to respond. The lady that answers the phone can be a little rude but if you ever have a problem ask to speak to an officer directly. They pick up the dead animals off our streets very quickly and keep our city looking beautiful.

Horrible phone service. I'm unfamiliar with the area, driving to my sister's in LA Habra, see a dead cat in the road that looks like a family cat. I tell Google to call La Habra animal control, I report its off state college Blvd and Brea and this middle aged woman that answers SNAPS at me \that's not La Habra! That's what I just asked you\ with a horrible attitude. I responded that I thought I was in La Habra and I'm just trying to be a good person. She back tracks and tries to be helpful but I said thanks anyways I'll Google it myself when I am not driving and wished her a good day. I'm so sorry to the family who's cat was hit. And to La Habra train your staff better. There was literally no reason for whoever that woman is to be so blatantly rude for no reason at all. I was trying to be a good Samaritan and now I'm upset because I've been yelled at.

Terrible service. Each officer that answers the phone are always extremely rude!! I have called 3 times now about animal abuse situation and they still haven’t done anything!!! Not sure what’s wrong with this people! But if they don’t like to service their community then they chose the wrong job! You should definitely be nicer! you represent our city for god sake!
