I am finally getting around to writing a review for our wedding. This is the best place to get married in Tucson if you want a beautiful, peaceful, private, affordable venue with fantastic people and delicious food. I've seen and worked at most of the venues in town but La Mariposa is the most naturally beautiful all around. They exceeded expectations and I would highly recommend for any event.

La Mariposa was a fantastic venue choice for my mother's celebration of life, not only because of her history in the Tanque Verde Valley, but the beautiful setting as well. The combination of indoor and outdoor space enabled everyone to feel a part of the event comfortably. John took care of our audio/visual needs with attention to detail and enthusiasm! Steve and Francesca helped us create a menu selection that catered specifically to my Mother's memory, and the chef did an excellent job executing it! Many compliments from our guests on the food! We were very happy.

My wedding was this past weekend and it was everything I ever wanted! The location is beautiful and the food was delicious! Hidden among the mesquite trees in the Tanque Verde valley, this spectacular venue offered everything we needed to hold our event in tribute to my mom. Not only does LaMariposa have a beautiful outdoor setting, it also has very adaptable indoor space that the team set up to our unique requests accommodating social distancing. The food - our customized menu - was delicious, and the staff gracious, careful and attentive. Francesca and Steve put us in good hands. Our family is so grateful for the *extra* personalized service from John, including above and beyond with AV, that made the Celebration of Life perfect. Thank you.

Beautiful setting, wonderful staff and the food was outstanding! There's no better place to host your event big or small at La Mariposa. You won't be disappointed. Great chef and the owners are wonderful to work with on your event.
