We moved in about 3 years ago and we are extremely happy with this place, I wish I could give 10 stars! Everything is beyond expectation. Very straightforward and simple process for signing the lease as everything was included (even conference room!) and you don't need to worry about unexpected charges that you usually get at all other places. Very friendly and helpful staff, Ana, truly cares about the tenants and she's always available to help. All the tenants here are super nice and generally, it's very friendly and high energy environment.

Such a great location! Ana is the absolute best! She is the first one I see coming in and always greets me with a smile. She is so helpful and always willing to go above and beyond without an attitude, always very respectful to everyone. They have great services and lots of offices to choose from which are very affordable! I highly recommend, reach out to Ana and she will be more than happy to give you the information you need.

I came to use their conference room yesterday for a job fair and I am very impressed with the front desk girl, Ana was such a sweetheart and extremely helpful! She showed me around the office when I arrived, showed me where the coffee station was at. She welcomed all my applicants with a smile and guided them to the room. She looked happy to help anyone and overall had such a wonderful attitude!

I love working in this building!!! Every morning I come in to see Ana, the receptionist, with a welcoming smile on her face and always greeting myself and others. She is very helpful when we have walk-ins for our business. She takes charge of the lobby and is always helpful and informative with whatever we may need. It has been a pleasant move from my last employer and I am very happy to be working in this building!!

I've been a tenant for a little over 6 months and only have good things to say about this building. The staff is soft spoken and friendly. There is free coffee and tea and free donut/bagels days on Fridays :) The receptionist Ana is nice and takes very good care of the office.

We have been using their services for five years. Great amenities. We like the location. Close to freeway access. And the dining choices near by are also a plus if you want to grab a bite or take a client to lunch. Ana, the Front Desk Manager is OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!! Many services and options to choose from.
