These guys were on it! They have moving down to a science. Our coordinator (Brandi) was in constant contact both before, during, and after our move. Everything was packed and loaded on the day they scheduled and arrived within the projected window (including shipping a car). A great experience.

Moving is stressful and hectic, but I was pleased overall with United Van Lines/Suddath. My move was not perfect, but Joaquin Guzman was at coordinating the move. He was there to address everything that required follow up and took on responsibilities that technically belonged to others on his team. He is extremely customer-oriented and a problem solver, which is what I needed for my cross-country move.
